A Barista’s Guide: Basic V60 You’ll need: - Filter paper - Measuring spoon - Scale - 14g of Coffee - 210ml hot water (92c)
1.Rinse filter paper and discard the hot water 2.Pre-infusion : Pour 30g of hot water from the middle and move outwards in a clockwise motion 3.Let the coffee bloom for 30 second 4.For the second and third pour, repeat with 90g of water for each pour. Allow an interval of 30-35s between each pour 5.Pour the coffee into your favourite mug and enjoy
