At Forest Cloud, we roast our coffee in-house.
To ensure the quality and consistency of our coffee, our coffee beans are sourced from reputable farms. All our beans will go through an initial stage of sorting before being roasted. When place utmost priority in taste and flavours when it comes to beans roasting.
For quality checking purposes, we will carry out a second round of hand-picking, making sure all beans have been roasted evenly. A daily cupping session will be performed to ensure the taste is according to our preference. With FROCO roasting machine, our roasting capacity can go up to 5 tons a month.
