Kaiguri AA is a quintessential washed Kenyan coffee from the renowned Nyeri region, produced by the Mutheka Farmers’ Cooperative Society. The Kaiguri Factory receives cherries from surrounding smallholder farms situated between 1740–1850 MASL.
Cherries are selectively picked and undergo a traditional washed process: fermentation, hand-washing, and drying on raised beds for 14–21 days.
The result is a clean and articulate cup profile, highlighting the signature traits of high-grown Kenyan coffees.
This lot offers a radiant brightness with crisp citrus undertones and a refreshing red berry finish. A touch of floral complexity emerges as the cup cools, showcasing the elegance and precision of the washed process. Perfect for those who appreciate clarity and structure in their filter brews.
