Hailing from the continent of Africa, our cocoa is grown in the fertile land where its knowns for producing cocoa. In line with our beliefs of respecting the original flavours of an ingredient, our Dark Chocolate is made up of 70% cocoa powder with a 20% cocoa butter percentage. This provides the chocolate with a heavy body paired with the nuttiness of walnuts that finishes with a lingering aftertaste of raisins.
