La Cabaña is the coffee brand of a young farmer named Danilo Perez, who has been developing innovative processes of fermentation to differentiate his coffee and enhance its attributes. It is an innovative process where cherries are not depulped but fermented for 200 hours and then sun dried. This coffee develops creamier body and more intense wine notes. 

Due to it's biodiverse nature and rich soil fertitlity,  La Cabaña produces small batches, highly differentiated coffee.
