To ensure the quality of the coffee is consistently good, we source our coffee beans from reputable beans seller. We will then go through a round of sorting beans before we roast. When we roast, we prioritise taste and flavour above everything else. Before the last stage of packing, we will go through another round of hand picking, just to make sure all the coffee beans are roasted evenly. A round of cupping will be performed daily to ensure the final cup is exactly what we wanted. With FROCO roasting machine, our roasting capacity are up to 5 tons a month.
