Indonesia Kamala Flores Manggarai (Anaerobic Fermentation)

Hailing as the coffee that won Indonesian Barista Championship in 2020, this unique coffee is processed using a combination of different fermentation techniques, terroir and specific starters. The coffee cherries are picked at the ripest and subsequently go through 12-18 hours of anaerobic fermentation inside sealed bags before being dried for 3-5 weeks until it reaches the ideal moisture content.
