Warm up the canister by filling the French Press halfway with hot water and plunging it. Discard that water.
Measure out 18 grams of coffee and grind it. Place the coffee ground in the French Press.
Add 30 grams of water to french press and press start on the timer. Stir it so there’s no dry spot and wait 30 seconds.
After the 30 seconds has passed, add another 270 grams of water. Stir it, place the lid but do not press down and wait 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, gently press down.
Once pressed, pour the coffee into a cup to avoid over-extraction and enjoy.
